Solar for housing societies · Hyderabad

Power your society’s common areas with the sun.

For apartment associations, gated communities and RWAs. Use the terrace to cut the common-area electricity bill that every resident shares.

Lower maintenance charges

Lifts, water pumps, corridor lighting, gym and clubhouse run largely in the daytime, which is when solar produces most.

Uses idle terrace space

Most apartment terraces sit unused. Solar turns that space into savings without affecting residents’ use of the building.

Committee-ready proposal

We prepare a clear proposal with sizing, savings and payback that the managing committee can present to residents.

Monitoring for everyone

Generation can be tracked online, so the committee can show residents exactly what the system is delivering.

Common questions

Who decides and pays?

Usually the association or RWA approves the project and pays from its funds, and the savings reduce common-area electricity charges.

Can residents also get their own solar?

In many apartment buildings terrace space is shared, so common-area solar is the usual approach. Independent houses can install their own systems.

Is the terrace strong enough?

We check the structure, waterproofing and shadow-free area during the site survey before proposing a design.
